To make a DIY Utility Trailer, you'll need to build a frame. It should have three cross-members with two placed at the axle spring location. It should also be braced at all corners with 1 x 2 angles. You'll also need to buy the necessary materials to create stands for the utility trailer. These will support the weight of the cargo when folded.
