Small square baler
A Small square baler can be used in a variety of applications, including packaging, agriculture, and waste management. The size of the bales produced is adjustable and can range from fourteen to eighteen cubic feet. They can also form six strands of twine and are used to produce bales with weights of around seven hundred pounds. The main drawback of a Small square baler is its small capacity. To solve this problem, there are a variety of machines available to meet your needs.

Hydraulic chute
Hydraulic chute is an important component of a portable conveyor system. It automatically lines up bales and prevents them from tipping over. This system requires few components and can be constructed in a few hours. This DIY bale hay elevator kit comes with a hydraulic chute that can be added to your existing bale elevator. A grate is a handy tool to add to your system. It allows loose material to fall through the chute.

Panels
A hay elevator is a mechanical device for moving bales from one barn to another. This system has a chain with 3-inch spikes on each end that drags the bales to the hay elevator peak. The bales are then released into tight rows, and the pulleys lift them to their final destination. A hay elevator saves labor and time because there is no need to stack the bales neatly.

Drive-over gate
A drive-over gate for a portable conveyor system is an easy way to get hay to your erecting barn. Then, install a drive-over gate in the center of the building. Attach the drive-over gate to the bottom of the bale elevator. Then, simply pull the drive-over gate back to allow more access. This DIY bale hay elevator will help you move more hay in less time.
